Originally a software developer and investment analyst, he helped launch and sell several businesses focused on finance and investment technology products. He co-founded the Hub88 technology accelerator, now acquired by 1871. Phil currently runs TheStartupMagazine.com, an online entrepreneurship publication.

Mark is highly experienced in the architecture, development, analysis, support, and management of high reliability, real-time and embedded systems with a 30+ history in Voice and Data communications. He now runs a boutique consultancy to pass on hard-won learnings in R&D, Technical Sales and Support, Offshoring, Organization Design, (and many others) to other companies.
John Joseph is a career coach for professionals and consultant for SMBs. He’s the past president of Ketchum Directory Advertising, former VP Marketing of Roto-Rooter, and held senior officer positions with iCrossing, Performics, Agency.com, and Harland Clarke. John is on the Board of Directors of the Community Career Center.
Kenn is an entrepreneur, investor, and community leader. He served on the Naperville City Council and continues to serve on many community boards. After years in medical device sales and management including at Baxter Healthcare, Kenn co-founded a medical device company and co-founded Autism Home Support Services. He co-founded the tech accelerator, Hub88, now acquired by 1871, and was a founding board member of the ConVerge Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at North Central College.
